Input data can be sourced from IoT equipment, Building Information Models (BIMs), or directly through client APIs. The system is also compatible with web3 oracles, enabling the integration of blockchain data where relevant.

On the output side, Etherland provides robust API connectivity, enabling data to be exported to client platforms, including ERPs, BIMs, and proprietary analytics systems. Additionally, the platform supports direct visualization through our dedicated widget, which is designed for public display and user-friendly access to key information.

AI Integration

We are integrating AI to enhance the platform's functionality and user experience. After evaluating two leading AI models, Claude and GPT, we are leaning toward Claude as the preferred choice.

Claude, developed by Anthropic, is a state-of-the-art AI known for its strong natural language capabilities and a focus on ethical and safe AI usage. It excels in workflow automation features that align closely with our goal of providing reliable and effective assistance to users.

While GPT, developed by OpenAI, is also a powerful and versatile model with multimodal capabilities, Claude's emphasis on user safety and intuitive design makes it more suitable for our platform's current needs.

By integrating the AI, we aim to deliver smarter, faster, and safer tools that improve productivity and simplify complex tasks.

The AI support in Etherland will power the following key tasks:

  1. Information Extraction: Efficiently analyze and extract relevant data from property-related documents, saving time and ensuring accuracy.

  2. Pre-Filling Forms: Automatically populate forms with extracted information, reducing manual input and streamlining workflows.

Payment Infrastructure

Etherland integrates two robust solutions to facilitate seamless transactions: Mt Pelerin and STASIS. Integrating these two solutions into our payment system provides users with a flexible, secure, and compliant transaction environment, bridging the gap between traditional finance and the evolving Web3 ecosystem. Mt Pelerin

Mt Pelerin, a Swiss-based financial intermediary, offers a comprehensive SDK payment module that enhances the platform's payment capabilities. This integration enables users to transact using cryptocurrencies, fiat currencies, and stablecoins, such as EURS. The SDK supports various payment methods, including bank transfers via SIC, SEPA, SEPA Instant, and SWIFT networks, as well as card payments through Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. This versatility ensures users can choose their preferred payment method, enhancing the Etherland user experience.

STASIS

STASIS is a European fintech company specializing in bridging traditional finance with blockchain technology. A key offering from STASIS is EURS, one of the largest euro-backed stablecoins. EURS is backed 1:1 by liquid financial instruments, with reserves held at central Bank accounts, providing users with confidence in its stability and security. EURS is deployed as an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain and is also available on other networks, including Algorand, Polygon, and Stellar, ensuring high liquidity and accessibility.

By integrating STASIS into our platform, Etherland enables non-Web3 customers, particularly those in traditional real estate sectors, to make payments in their native currency, the euro. This integration allows users to access our Web3-based services without needing to navigate the complexities of cryptocurrency transactions. Furthermore, STASIS's infrastructure supports on- and off-ramp services across multiple blockchains, enhancing the interoperability and efficiency of transactions on our platform.
